That is why New Horizon Counselling are offering online Therapy via Skype, FaceTime and Zoom. New Horizon Counselling adopts a integrative approach linking two types of therapy that can work together around your individual needs.
Humanistic Therapy (Person Centred) - This approach hones in on self development, your life in the 'here and now' recognising areas of your life you might want to change.
Psychodynamic Therapy - This approach focuses on unconscious thoughts and beliefs that might have developed in the past, we may explore your past and how that has shaped you in your present.
Our counsellor works emphatically, and in a non judgemental way, the session is solely focused around you and your needs. We give you the time and space to explore what is on your mind and work towards any goals you might have. In the process of counselling we hope to support your well-being and for you to get to a place where you feel more able to deal with modern day life. Counselling can be an outsource for you to explore feelings in a safe space with someone non judgemental, empathetic and in strict confidentiality.
