I am here to support you, whoever you are. Seeking counselling can be daunting however it can often be the first step to feeling more like yourself. I provide a variety of Counselling services to help with your mental wellbeing and mental health. I can support you with a range common life problems and changes. I work a lot with self esteem, relationships, depression and bereavement. I also specialise in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
Our work together will be strictly confidential, giving you the confidence to know you can share what’s on your mind and that your thoughts will stay with me.
The therapeutic relationship is key to my work as a therapist and my relaxed yet professional counselling approach aims to support this.
I have worked with both adults and young people and embrace difference and diversity. I have worked with clients from a wide range of ethnic, social and cultural backgrounds. No matter who you are, what you have experienced or what’s happening for you at the moment I am here to listen and provide you with therapeutic support.

I have worked with several well established Counselling agencies where I gained a wide range of experience. I have worked with Place 2 Be where I worked therapeutically with children ages 7 -10 in Croydon.
I have worked at St Christoper's Hospice working within their adult bereavement team in Bromley as a bereavement support Counsellor.
I have also worked with a charity called METRO Charity, working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, asylum seekers and people living with or affected by HIV.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical principles.
