I am here to support you, whoever you are, no matter what you are going through. Seeking counselling can be daunting however it can often be the first step to feeling more like yourself.
Our work together will be strictly confidential, giving you the confidence to know you can share what’s on your mind and that your thoughts will stay with me. I am easy to talk to and can help you with whatever it is you might be going through. I have a relaxed yet professional counselling approach & the focus is on you, I am not here to make any judgements.
I have worked with both individual clients and couples, ages ranging from 7 years old to 90+. A quote that resonates with New Horizon Counselling is "To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment" (Ralph Waldo Emerson). That is a lot of what our work is about, we are in a world constantly trying to make us act different, be different, look different. But we hope after your counselling journey you will be able to stand proud, proud of the person you are and what you can achieve. We believe every human, no matter their past has the potential to achieve anything they put their mind too.
