Therapeutic Mentoring Program

6 Weeks to Greater Meaning & Connection in Life

This isn’t therapy; however it is me using my skills as a therapist, supervisor and writer to provide a program for those who feel the pull toward something deeper. A desire to move beyond simply coping and begin, to start living with intention, clarity, and connection. Over six weeks, we’ll journey together through insightful mentoring sessions, reflective practices, and practical tools designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters.

You’ll uncover what meaning looks like for you, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and deepen connections with others. Each week builds on the last, guiding you toward a more grounded, purposeful, and connected way of living.

What’s included:
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions (50 minutes)
- Reflective exercises and practices between sessions
- Ongoing support via email check-ins
- A safe, supportive space to grow and reconnect with your authentic self

Fee: £700 Investment

Hello, I'm Tom

Hello, I’m Tom, an experienced therapist who works with adults looking to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the people I work with are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity questions, low self-esteem, existential concerns, or are in the midst of life changes.

Others come to therapy to explore themselves more deeply, to challenge and change unhelpful behaviours. Additionally, I work with parents of birth and adopted children, helping to navigate parenting struggles.

I have particular experience supporting queer communities and neurodivergent individuals, and I tailor our work to meet your unique needs, wants and goals. This work is about helping you move forward, with greater clarity, understanding, and direction.

Over the past ten years, I’ve provided more than 6,300 hours of therapy to hundreds of clients. My approach draws on a blend of therapeutic models, shaped by what works best for your wants and needs.
